British Historical Jewellery: Refund & Returns Policy

1. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items Every piece of British Historical Jewellery is meticulously handcrafted, manually resized, and forged to order based on the specific requirements of the collector. Because these items are custom-made and altered to your exact specifications, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect ring sizes provided by the customer.

2. Ring Sizing Responsibility As all rings are manually resized to order, the responsibility of providing an accurate ring size lies entirely with the customer prior to purchase. If you require a piece to be resized after delivery, please contact us to discuss whether a modification is possible and what the associated bench fees will be.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods We stand by our 16 years of master craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, is genuinely faulty, or does not match the description provided, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are fully protected. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report a fault to us for a full refund, repair, or replacement.

4. How to Report an Issue If you believe your piece is faulty, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Do not return any high-value items to our Leeds Corn Exchange workshop without prior authorization and tracked shipping instructions.
